LTYC at the Black Wall Street Expo

This weekend, LTYC had the honor of being part of an unforgettable gathering of culture, collaboration, and commerce at the Black Wall Street Expo—and we’re still buzzing with inspiration!

The event was a powerful reminder of what happens when Black excellence, entrepreneurship, and community impact come together under one roof. From incredible vendors and small businesses, to panels filled with wisdom, and conversations that sparked ideas and opportunities—every moment was meaningful.

Honoring Visionary Voices

Our very own Founder & President, Dr. Dermell Brunson, was one of the keynote speakers that uplifted and empowered the audience, sharing his journey, purpose, and the mission behind LTYC. It was a true honor for him to speak alongside impactful leaders like Dr. Lance London and other visionaries committed to legacy building and economic empowerment.

Why It Matters

Events like the Black Wall Street Expo remind us of the importance of representation, community connection, and collective progress. As an organization rooted in youth development, the arts, and education, we believe in showing up for our communitybecause together, we build stronger futures.
