Instructional Coaching provides intensive, differentiated support to instructors so that they are able to implement proven practices.

Recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, Instructional Coaching is an increasingly popular approach to professional development used to support in-service learning for instructors. School-based instructional coaching is a form of job-embedded professional development for instructors and an element of school reform. LTYC's Instructional Coaches seamlessly integrate themselves into the fabric of the school.

Additionally, Instructional Coaches have a thorough knowledge of the teaching practices shared with instructors, frequently providing model lessons, observing instructors, and simplifying explanations of system-wide teaching practices, none of which is designed to supplant school personnel.

Additional program offerings include Creative Workshops, Behavior Intervention, a host of others provided through LTYC LEARN. Send us a message to learn more about these!
